1. What We Collect

VantagePay collects only the minimum information required to operate the service:

  • Your Solana wallet address (public key)
  • Transaction history within the VantagePay platform
  • Card metadata (last 4 digits, expiry, balance)
  • Anonymous usage data for service improvement

2. What We Do NOT Collect

  • Full card numbers or CVV codes (these are stored encrypted by our card issuer)
  • Personal identifying information (name, address, ID documents)
  • IP addresses beyond standard server logs
  • Browser fingerprints or tracking cookies

3. How We Use Your Data

Wallet addresses and transaction data are used solely to display your card balance, transaction history, and facilitate top-ups. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required by law or to process card payments through our issuing partner.

4. On-Chain Data

Solana is a public blockchain. Any transaction you initiate — top-ups, token transfers, or contract interactions — is publicly visible on-chain. VantagePay cannot control or delete on-chain data once broadcast.

5. KYC Data

If you voluntarily complete KYC verification, your documents are processed by our third-party verification provider and stored according to their privacy policy. VantagePay does not store copies of your ID documents.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your use of the service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. On-chain transaction data cannot be deleted.

7. Contact

For privacy inquiries, contact us via our Telegram group or through the VantagePay GitHub repository.
